Today I’ve decided to dedicate an entire post to two of my favorite things: the color pink and lace! They say, “Pink is not just a color, it is an attitude.” And I couldn’t agree more. In fact, the color pink changes my attitude when I wear it because it creates that feminine, girly, and romantic look. The same thing can be said for lace. Lace is a feminine fabric that is sweet, girly, and romantic. Combined together, you can’t go wrong! Pink is great for the Spring and Summer, but unless you’re careful, it’s hard to pull it off in the Fall and Winter. Right now I’m checking out some pink lace dresses to possibly wear to an upcoming wedding and several parties I have to go to before the end of summer. Here are five dresses I’m thinking of ordering online. What do you think? Let me know which ones are your favorite in the comments below!
Nila Crochet Lace Capsleeve Pencil Dress in Antique Pink:
This crochet lace dress comes in a color called Antique Pink. I would say it is right in the middle between light pink and dark pink. I actually started out looking for something in blush, but came across this dress and fell in love. I like that it has a pencil cut but the lace adds a girly and romantic touch. I can see myself wearing this with beige pumps, but I’m not completely sold on this one just yet. This is actually one I was thinking of ordering to wear to a summer party.
She’s The One Lace A-Line Dress in Cotton Candy Pink:
I’m really liking the shorter A-line cut of this pink lace dress. It looks like the color is a lighter pink shade with a brightness to it. Normally I don’t like anything in a neon or bright pink color, but this one caught my eye. I can see myself wearing this to a party or just dinner out with friends. The thing I love is that it looks really good against a dark tan, and I’m thinking it would be super flattering as well. Right now I have no clue what shoes to pair a dress like this with though. What do you think? I’m open to suggestions!
OK, I think this one might be my favorite so far, but I’m concerned about the long sleeves. It’s been pretty hot this summer and I’m worried that even though the sleeves are see-through I might look ridiculous wearing long sleeves in the summer? What do you think? The reason I love this dress so much is that the color of pink is exactly what I was looking for- something in the blush family. I also love this particular lace. It looks like it’s more of a crochet lace, which gives it a boho hippie feel, rather than being too over-the-top girly. I’m trying to avoid looking like Hello Kitty or PeptoBismol!
Flower Patch Embroidered Strapless Dress in Pink:
Now this is a dress I like, but I’m honestly not 100% sure about. I like the flutter top and the embroidered details. But I’m just not sure it’s meant for me. Right now I’m not crazy about my arms and I’m trying to lose a few pounds, so strapless is maybe not the look I want to go for at the moment. Anyways, this dress is a steal, so I decided to include it in case someone else falls in love with it.
Wedding Date Lace and Chiffon Cap Sleeve Dress in Dusty Pink:
OK, I think this might be the one to wear to a wedding! It even looks like it could be a bridesmaid dress. I love that the lace just trims the dress and adds an extra touch rather than it being made entirely of lace.
Well, that is it for my pink lace dress obsession! Which ones do you like the best? You are welcome to check out these dresses online. Drop a comment below to let me know what you think.
